3 Months Into 2019, It’s Time to Review
Can you believe we’re 3 months into 2019! Astrologically, the Spring Equinox and April are considered the beginning of the year, which means that now’s a good time to check in with yourself, what you’ve done and what’s next. You can almost think of it as a reset. This year, I’m shifting from the goal-oriented focus to a more intentional approach. The worksheet below will help you reflect back and plan you’re next 3 months.

A. Enter the year, 2019.
B. Reflect back over the last 3 months, and answer the following questions:
1. What new thing did you discover about yourself?
2. What did you think about more than anything else?
3. What one thing would you do differently and why?
C. Think about what you’d like to invite into your life and write down how the energy, skill/quality, and habit you want to focus on and how it will serve you over the next 3 months.
D. Self-care is so important and needs to be included in your daily routine. Write down your go-to self-care routines and add in a new one to try out.
E. This checklist is a little something I included as gentle reminders.
F. List/Notes section is to write down any important reminders, tasks, appointments or simply to doodle.
