2019 Planner: Curate Your Monthly, Weekly and Daily Life with these Worksheets

2019 Planner: Curate Your Monthly, Weekly and Daily Life with these Worksheets

With 2019 right around the corner, it’s time to start a new agenda/planner. Over the years I’ve been designing my own, to help stay focused on goals and in personal life. This year, I’m shifting from the goal-oriented focus to a more intentional approach. It’s about curating the life you want to live while still pursuing your ambitions. Carefully choosing what you allow to shape your identity, atmosphere, relationships and sense of well-being. It’s about realizing your worth and making choices that uphold your worth. This will help you live full of hope for your future and curate your present life accordingly.

Living a simpler, more intentional life.

The planner includes printable worksheets for the month, the week and the days as well as a page for tasks/notes.

Instructions:

A. Enter the month and year. Example: 01 | 19

B. Write out your intentions, priorities, and to-dos for the month. From this list, you can break it down week by week for the month on the Week Curated page.

C. The Month Curated allows for a quick glance at the month ahead. Being able to see the whole month at once, can help you stay on track and know not to double book yourself.

Instructions:

A. Enter the month and circle the days for the week.

B. Divide up your week like a pie chart using the wheel. From the center line draw out your lines and fill in the sections with how you will be spending your time and energy on for the week. The activities, projects, self-care, friends, family, etc…

C. From the Month Curated priorities section choose the ones you’ll be focusing on for that week. The List|Notes section is meant to be used for notes, or your grocery list, doodles or whatever you choose.

Instructions:

A. Enter the month and year. Example: 01 | 19

B. Set an intention for the week, refer back to the Month Curated sheet. Are there any new habits that you’d like to introduce or focus on for the week if so write it here. There’s something really powerful about keeping your intentions clear and present. I encourage you to write yours. There’s no right or wrong, they’re personal and will help you with achieving your best self and life.

C. This is your daily section, enter in events, appointments, reminders of all tasks that need to be accomplished that day.

Instructions:

A. In the section with the lines, enter in your tasks for the week and once done, you can add a checkmark in the circle next to it.

B. The area with the dots is meant for notes, doodles, journaling even.
